Why can't I open my files?

Sometimes purchased downloads take a little longer than usual to generate, please give it a few minutes and try again.

If you're trying to download the files on your mobile device, you might run into problems opening ZIP files or EPS files.  Please note that your desktop will be the best way to access everything without issues!

Please read below if you have Windows and are experiencing problems opening this file (ex: Files have been removed or renamed)

To unzip a file or folder:

To unzip a file on a Mac, double-click it.

To open a zipped file on Windows, drag the .zip attachment to the desktop. Once the file is on the desktop, you can double- or right-click to open it.

Double-click or right-click the zipped file to see its contents. When prompted, drag the files out of the window to the desired location or click Extract All. The files will be unzipped in the same location as the original file

If you need software to help unzip a file, we recommend WinZip, but you're welcome to use other software!

Issues Unzipping Files Using Windows:

Some users have reported that their ZIP file from Tailor Brands notes that the files have been removed or renamed. In most instances, the ZIP file opened within the photo viewer but did not extract all of the images, reading the entire file as an image instead. 

To fix this:

1. Right-click on the ZIP folder and choose "Extract All"

2. Choose a location to extract the folder to

3. If you chose the option to "Show Extracted Files", the files will appear. If you did not, a file with the same name as the original ZIP will appear 

4. Click on these images and open in a photo viewer to access them.
