I cannot restore my Business Mailbox

The reason that you are unable to restore your Business Mailbox is that your domain is likely, not active anymore - note, your domain must be active for you to repurchase your business mailbox.

To repurchase your Tailor Brands Domain:

  1. Log in to your Tailor Brands account 
  2. From your Tailor Studio, select the Domain tab on the left-hand menu
  3. From here, you can check if your domain name is still available and repurchase it, or search for a new domain and purchase it
  4. Once having an active domain, you may repurchase your business mailbox without issue
