Congratulations on taking the first step in applying for your LLC!
Once you complete the LLC application on our platform, our team reviews it and submits it for processing with the state.
You can check your LLC status by checking your LLC dashboard. Getting there is super easy!
- Log into your Tailor Brands account
- If you've opened multiple businesses in your Tailor account, make sure to select the correct one by clicking 'Account' in the top right corner and then 'Switch business'.
- Select your purchased business
- From here, click on the 'LLC' option in the left-side menu
You can now see your LLC dashboard! This is where you can check the status of your LLC and even download your documents, once they're ready!
You will be able to see your LLC status according to the following steps:
1. Submitted - This means that your LLC application has been submitted on the Tailor Brands platform and we can now go ahead and start working on processing your application.
2. Processed by us - Our team at Tailor Brands has processed your application and made sure we have everything we need to send your LLC application to your state to continue the processing.
3. Processed by the State - The state is working on forming your LLC and will soon make your business official. Keep in mind that the processing time may differ between each state.
4. Final review - The state has sent your LLC application back to us and we're reviewing your application one final time before sending your documents to you and uploading them to your LLC dashboard.
5. Completed - Congratulations! Your LLC application has been completed and you should now be able to access your documents through your LLC dashboard.
Make sure to click on 'View documents' and then you will have the option to download them 😊
***In some cases, you might see your LLC application under the status of "Exception". This means that there may be some information missing from your LLC application, which could cause a delay in forming your documents. In this case, please reach out to us and we will make sure to give you all the information you need to complete your application.
