When we send your LLC application to the relevant state or local authorities, they will begin working on forming your LLC to make it an official business. Keep in mind that the processing time may differ depending on the state you're applying in. On average, this process takes around 14 business days. However, this timeframe is an estimate and may change depending on the current workload and policies of the state authorities.
Usually, most LLC applications are approved by the state within 2 to 7 business days after submission. This means you could receive confirmation of your LLC's formation relatively quickly.
In some cases, the state authorities may need extra time to review and evaluate your application, which can extend the decision-making process to several weeks beyond the usual timeframe.
Once the state sends your approved LLC application back to us, we'll go ahead and review your application one final time before sending your documents to you and uploading them to your LLC dashboard.Â
