How Much Does It Cost to File An Annual Report?

At Tailor Brands, our goal is to ensure your business meets all state requirements for your LLC report. This way, you can focus on running your business and we'll do the rest.

If you're subscribed to one of our LLC plans, we will ensure you have all the necessary tools and information to file the required reports for you.

Our Compliance Plans

Our LLC plans that include the Annual Compliance service are the Essential LLC Plan and the Elite LLC Plan that you picked when initially forming your LLC. This is an annual recurring payment that you can see through your Tailor account.

As a valued subscriber to our Annual Compliance services, we take care of the entire filing process on your behalf. This includes:

  • Report Reminders: We'll keep you informed about upcoming deadlines with the state.
  • Validation: Verifying with you that all necessary record information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Filing: Preparing and submitting the required LLC state reports to the state efficiently and on time.

Understanding State Filing Fees

Please be advised that there may be a separate state filing fee required by your state by the filing due date, for each entity to maintain good standing status. This fee is mandatory in most states and the amount varies depending on your state and the type of business entity you have. Each state has its own set of rules and regulations, and we ensure that all these requirements are met for you.

These fees are not included in the subscription renewal, since each state has a different fee and updates it frequently.

If any state fees are required, you will receive an email from us prior to your annual report due date. Please note that the annual report state fee is different and not connected to the LLC state filing fee.

You will be able to review your filings or any additional information by logging in to your Tailor Brands account and accessing your business dashboard under "LLC". From there, you can review and confirm the necessary information, make any changes, and pay the required state fee (as shown in the image below).

Once you complete these steps, we'll be able to handle the rest!

Please note that legal laws and regulations are subject to frequent changes. While we aim to provide helpful information, it's important to understand that this page serves only for informational purposes and does not provide legal or tax advice.
