Our LLC plans that include the Annual Compliance service are the Essential LLC Plan and the Elite LLC Plan that you picked when initially forming your LLC. This is an annual recurring payment that you can see through your Tailor account.
As a valued subscriber to our Annual Compliance services, we take care of the entire filing process on your behalf. This includes:
- Report Reminders: We'll keep you informed about upcoming deadlines with the state.
- Validation: Verifying with you that all necessary record information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Filing: Preparing and submitting the required LLC state reports to the state efficiently and on time.
Understanding State Filing Fees
Please be advised that there may be a separate state filing fee required by your state by the filing due date, for each entity to maintain good standing status. This fee is mandatory in most states and the amount varies depending on your state and the type of business entity you have. Each state has its own set of rules and regulations, and we ensure that all these requirements are met for you.
If any state fees are required, you will receive an email from us prior to your report due date.
