To make sure your business information is up-to-date and to see the current status of your Annual Report, you can check your LLC dashboard.
Just follow these simple steps:
- Select your purchased business
- Click on the 'LLC' option in the left-side menu
- Open the 'Annual Compliance coverage' tab.
You can track your upcoming expected filings by looking at the "Filings Due" date as shown below:
If your report is due within the next 90 days, you will see this message in your account:
Our team will reach out via email to confirm any missing state fees and verify that your report details are up-to-date before filing with the state.
How to download the Annual Report document?
You can follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your Tailor Brands account
2. Click on the LLC button on the left-hand menu (or here on the top right corner if you are on your phone)
3. Scroll down to the Documents section
4. Click on Annual Compliance
5. From here, you'll be able to download your Annual Report
