Why a Virtual Address Matters
A virtual address is more than just a mailing solution—it can protect your privacy, add professionalism to your business, and help you not miss important mail.
Activation and Next Steps
Once you select your Virtual Address, activation is required to begin using it.
This process ensures that your virtual mailbox is verified and ready to receive mail on your behalf.
To activate your virtual address, you'll need to complete the following steps:
-
USPS Form 1583 – This required form authorizes the virtual address provider to receive and manage mail on your behalf. You'll be asked to provide specific information to complete it accurately.
-
Notarize the 1583 – We’ll connect you to the online notarization, which is required to validate the form. Please note that a notarization fee and a possible signer fee applies and is separate from your subscription cost.
-
Approval & Confirmation – Once your form is notarized and approved, you’ll receive confirmation that your virtual address is active and ready to use.
This may sound overwhelming, but don’t worry! All the necessary instructions and details can be found in your Tailor Brands dashboard under the Virtual Address & Mailbox section.
Receiving Your Mail
After setup is complete and your address is verified, you'll be able to view, manage, and download your mail directly from your LLC dashboard—all in one convenient place.
