Although we'll be sad to see you go, you can request subscription cancellation at any time.
All plans can be managed directly from your account. Just click on "Account" at the top-right corner, "Manage account", and click on the "Purchases" tab. From here, you'll be able to see all of the plans purchased under this business and manage them from this page.
In case you have more than one business, you can always click on "switch business."
Branding tools plan cancellation
In case you're looking to cancel one of the branding tool plans, such as the Basic, Standard, or Premium plan, this can be done under the "Branding tool plan" section. Select the plan you would like to cancel, and proceed with the cancellation by clicking on "Deactivate" next to the relevant plan:
You'll need to follow the steps and confirm cancellation by clicking "Cancel subscription". From this page, you can then let us know why you wish to cancel the plan and finish the cancellation process by selecting "Cancel Subscription". Your subscription will be canceled, but you’ll retain access to your plan’s features until the end of the current billing cycle without being charged for auto-renewal. Make sure to download any important files before your plan expires.

Please note that freezing the subscriptions and downgrading actions are not applicable to LLC subscriptions (Elite and Essential plans).

Other plan cancellation
For Domain or Mailbox, just click on "Account" at the top-right corner, "Manage account", and click on the "Purchases" tab. From here, simply click on the domain or mailbox subscription and on "manage". You'll be directed to the main product page, where you can toggle off the auto-renew:
For other plans, such as Legal Documents, Business License, Invoices & Bookkeeping, click on "Manage account" and after being redirected to the main product page, you'll be able to click on "cancel subscription":
