You can cancel your subscription at any time.

If you still wish to cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Tailor Brands account
- Click on Account in the top right corner of the page (or here , on the top right corner
if you are on your phone) - Go to Manage account
- Go to Purchases and select the relevant business
- Click on the Plan you'd like to cancel
- Click on Deactivate
*If there is no deactivate option - click on Manage and then switch off the auto-renewal.
*** Note you must repeat these steps for each active plan you wish to cancel.
