Your Website Title is one of the most important tags for your site Search engine optimization (SEO). Like the title of a chapter in a book, this tag tells people and search engines what your page is about.
The site title appears in the title bar of the web browser and in search engine results.
You can edit your website's title by clicking on Settings on the left-hand menu bar in your Website Editor, and select SEO in the left panel. There you will be able to edit the following items:
- Site Title: The title is displayed in the preview of your site in the search engines. It is recommended to limit it to 60 characters. The title should contain important keywords to help search engines determine what your page is about. Also, potential users will be reading the site title when deciding whether or not to click on a search result, so make sure to make it engaging and attractive!
- Site Description: This gives your future users an overview of the content your site provides. It is recommended to limit it to 160 characters.
- Site Keywords: These are key terms related to your site's content.
