If your Business Mailbox expires or becomes deactivated, we can always reactivate it for you directly within our platform.
Please note that your domain must be active for you to reactivate your business mailbox.
If your domain is already active, please skip to "How to Generate the Transfer Authorization".
How to reactivate your domain (if inactive or expired)
If your domain is inactive or expired, you may still be able to recover it. However, please note that reactivation isn’t always guaranteed.
Here’s what to do:

Go to the Domain tab in your Tailor Brands account.

Look for a Reactivate button:

If you see it, click it, and our tech team will reach out with the next steps.

If you don’t see it, a search bar will appear instead. Type your domain name there to check if it’s available for purchase again.

Once you ensure that your domain is active, you can proceed with reactivating your mailbox.
To do this, we will need to receive your specific Transfer Authorization from Google.
How to Generate the Transfer Authorization
- Sign in with an administrator account to the Google Admin console.
- Once Signed, click on this link: https://admin.google.com/ac/resellermanagement.

In the Subscriptions from Google, click Transfer.

If transferring to a reseller, enter the reseller’s Public Identifier Enter C00nely7n and click Continue.

Select Transfer to mailboxreseller2.tailorbrands.com.
- Click Continue.

Click Generate transfer authorization.
- Click OK.
Once you have generated this authorization, we will be able to create a subscription with the same plan and number of users to reactivate your account.
When the Transfer Authorization is generated, please let us know by sending a screenshot of the confirmation to contact@tailorbrands.com .
Note: Transfer Authorization expires after 30 days after being generated. If your Authorization expires, sign in again and repeat the steps above.
What to do if the Transfer Authorization didn't work
If you're having trouble getting that authorization, we can help you start fresh instead. This means we’ll set up a brand-new mailbox for you using the same domain. Before we proceed, we need your approval to disconnect your current domain from the old mailbox. Just a heads-up: this will deactivate the existing mailbox, and all emails, files, and data will be permanently lost. It's like starting from scratch with the same domain name.
Keep in mind the domain name itself is not affected, only the business email.
If you'd prefer to keep everything, you can continue managing your mailbox directly through Google.
After your subscription with us ended, your business email was moved to Google Workspace. Google should’ve sent you an email titled: "Set up billing for Google Workspace Business Starter for [Your Domain]".
1. Sign in to the Google Admin Console using your administrator account.
2. Navigate to Billing and follow the steps to set up payments for Google Workspace. You can follow this guide: Google Workspace Billing Setup.
Please note that if you choose this option, your mailbox will no longer be accessible through the Tailor Brands platform.
Once you decide what's the best option for you, please send us a confirmation at contact@tailorbrands.com if you would like to start fresh with a new mailbox or if you have generated an authorization.
