First, make sure you’re logged in to the correct account. If you have more than one business, double-check that you’re viewing the right one.
If you need to switch businesses, follow these steps:

Click on Account in the top-right corner (on mobile, it will also appear in the top-right corner).

Select Switch Business.
At this time, we offer three plans to choose from (Basic, Standard, and Premium), with each containing different branding items, features, and tools for your Business. If an item or feature is not available as part of your chosen plan, then you will see a crown icon on that specific item/feature.
If you'd like to access this item or feature, you're able to upgrade your plan at any time! To do so, simply click on the crown icon and then click on the Upgrade button!
Please note that certain features may be unavailable if you have a past-due service. Make sure all your payments are up to date, as overdue payments can suspend services required to access all related features.
