If you have purchased a domain with us and do not wish for the subscription to auto-renew at the end of the billing cycle, you may follow these steps to cancel the auto-renewal:
- Log in to your Tailor Brands account
- From your Tailor Studio, select the Domain tab on the left-hand menu
On this page, under the Auto-Renew section, simply slide the green toggle button 
Lastly, confirm the cancelation of your auto-renewal -
Important Notes:
Canceling your general Subscription and canceling your Domain Subscription are two separate actions. If you wish to cancel your domain's auto-renewal, simply follow the instructions mentioned above. However, if you wish to cancel your general Subscription, follow these steps.
Tailor Brands domain purchases are non-refundable and the domain is secured for you until the end of the billing cycle. To ensure that your site remains active, domains purchased from Tailor Brands will renew automatically. You can cancel your domain's renewal if you no longer wish to use the website. By canceling the auto-renewal, you prevent your domain from renewing at the end of the period you registered it for, and it does not delete/cancel the domain immediately. Once your domain's period finishes (providing you have already canceled the renewal), the domain will become available for someone else to claim.
