Unfortunately, upgrades and downgrades are not supported on our platform. This also applies to all the LLC plans (Lite, Essential, or Elite), which cannot be changed after the initial setup.
Only the Branding Tools plans (Basic, Standard, and Premium) can be upgraded or downgraded.
To upgrade your Branding Tools plan, follow these simple steps:
- Log In to your Tailor Brands account
- Click on the red Upgrade button in the top right corner
- Select the Plan and Billing Cycle option that you wish to upgrade to.
Please note that this option is not available if you purchased the Elite LLC plan, as it already includes all upgrade features.
