How do I electronically sign my Federal Trademark Application?

The last step before we can submit your application to the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) requires your electronic signature.

You will receive an email with a link to your completed application. Here you will need to provide an electronic signature.

To do so, simply type your name with a forward slash on either side (for example: /John Smith/), enter the date, and type in your position (i.e. individual) and then click submit.
