If you have encountered an issue when connecting your Online Store created via Tailor Brands to your Facebook business page, you can easily resolve it by ensuring that all permissions have been granted and that there are no eCommerce elements that can cause issues with the connection.
To do this we will need to reset the whole process. For that, please follow these instructions:
- Make sure you delete your existing FB shop (if you do not have one, please skip this step). You can find the steps here.
- Remove all the catalogs in your Business Manager -> Data Sources -> Catalogs -> Remove and delete the catalogs.
- Then delete the Online Store app in your Facebook account > Settings > Business Integrations. You can use this link to access that section.
- Clear the web cache and cookies of your browser or try the process via Private/Incognito mode. Just in case, here is a guide on how to do it:
After that, you will be able to connect your online store to Facebook in Store Admin > Facebook.
