How do I cancel my Business Mailbox subscription?

If you have purchased a Business Mailbox subscription with us and do not wish for the subscription to auto-renew at the end of the billing cycle, you may follow these steps to cancel the auto-renewal:

  1. Log in to your Tailor Brands account
  2. From the left-hand menu, select the Business email option
  3. To cancel the next renewal of this plan, simply click on the green toggle to turn off the renewalScreenshot 2023-08-22 at 14.22.27.png

Your Business Mailbox will now be canceled, and will no longer renew once the current subscription expires at the end of the billing cycle.

Please notice:

If your business mailbox expires and you decide to reactivate it in the future, you will be required to receive your specific transfer token via Google. Only then, you will be able to regain access to your business email. Click the following link for more information on how to reactivate your Business Mailbox.
