What is a Virtual Address?

A virtual address is a service that provides individuals or businesses with a physical mailing address without the need for a physical office space.

What are some benefits of a virtual mailbox?

  • Enhanced Privacy
Public records may include your business address. A virtual mailbox helps protect your privacy by keeping your home address off these documents, and offers a professional look.

  • Registering a Business in a Different City
In many situations, a virtual mailbox can help establish a business in a different city, regardless of where you actually live.

  • Remote Mail Management
Securely access and manage your physical mail from anywhere, with the flexibility to view, forward, or store important documents online.

How to purchase a Virtual Address

Our Virtual Address can be purchased only as an add-on to the LLC formation service when filling out the LLC application. The option to purchase a virtual address becomes available only in the LLC application section, accessible after the LLC plan has been selected and paid for.

There are two options to choose from when it comes to our virtual address plans:

1. Basic plan - $39 per month or $399 per year.

2. High End Building plan - $99 per month or $999 per year.

Please note that the Virtual Address service cannot be added once we have submitted the LLC application to the Secretary of State.
